Outlook - Shared Calendar (free/busy error)

    Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me on this issue. We have Zarafa 7.0.13-41388 running on Debian.

With one specific mailbox, we have the problem that we are unable to share the calendar correctly to either an admin or secretary.
This because of an error "...unable to open free/busy information..." every time we try to view/modify or create an appointment.

The persmissions are OK, an we have the same error on every Outlook-Client-User who has the correct permissions (even admins). We are able to see all appointments but unable to create/change or even view them.

I really hope that someone had already that problem and fix'd it.

    Thank you in advance.

    David

IIRC, free & busy times are shared via the public store - can the user see the public store?

Yes, all our users can see and have access to the public store.

We just want grant access to the calender of User "A" to user "B". That works for all users, exept our user "A". If we try to open/edit an entry we got the mentioned error... Even as Admin...

    Hi civit,

The last time we run into this problem it was solved by running outlook with this commandline:
    outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

    cheers,
    Antti
