please copy/paste the error from the server.log file. the text and error code reported is quite important.

it probably is because the name of the company could not be found.
If it isn't reproducable, it's not a bug.
If it is reproducable, it's meant to be that way.

    John,
I will copy/paste the error this evening, how do you create a company ? Is it an OU in ldap ?
    Thanks,
    Thierry

Please read the Linux install manual found on the zarafa.com site () and the zarafa-ldap(5) manual page on how to configure ldap in multi-company mode.

does zarafa-admin -l print all companies and users?
does zarafa-admin --details [email protected] print all details of the user?

    Thierry,

Your Postfix can not resolve the aliases and mail addresses when you get this error.
Did you coupled the Postfix to LDAP?

    Re: Zarafa 6.11 Hosted

    Hi Milo,
My problem is only when I use hosted. If I don't use hosted, I can send and reveive mail to and from users.
I used the script install.sh for the installation of Zarafa.
Is it necessary to add other parameters ?
    Reg,
    Thierry
