    Hello ENOTRAC,

You could check if all MAPISVC.inf file in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\* contain the Zarafa information.

    Thank you for your reply.

The folder c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\ contains only two files:
    MAPISVC.INF
    MSMAPI32.DLL

The following information is stored in the file: c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\MAPISVC.INF
For me it semms to be ok.

    Greetings

Outlook 2013 X64 is not compatible.

I uninstalled the Outlook 2013 x64 and installed the x86 version.
    Now Outlook works.
It seems that Outlook 2013 x64 is not compatible with the zarafa client.

    Kind regards

    I've got the following situation:

I'm evaluating Zarafa as a replacement for my Exchange 2010 enviroment. For testing I wan't to use Zarafa & Exchange in one Outlook profile.
    Im using

    Windows 8 64bit
    Outlook 2013 Professional 32bit (15.0.4420.1017)
    Zarafa Client 7.1.3-41038

When I try to open the profile where the Zarafa & Exchange accounts are configured together I'm not able to use the Zarafa Account.
I'm getting the message -> "The set of folders could not be opened. The information store is not available" (translated from german, not sure if this is correct :-)
    The Exchange account is usable.

When I build a profile with the Zarafa account stand alone everything is working as expected. Is it possible to have an Exchange & Zarafa account in one Outlook profile?

    Hi,

I'm in big trouble ... on my laptop I currently use Office 2010. Outlook with Zarafa works good enough (though it sometimes carshes). Now it turns out that the volume licenses are over and suddenly, after 3 months or so my Office turned into "Product Activation failed" with these red bars in the title. Now I was provided with Office 2013. Now I'm afraid with the Office 2013 (which I personally dislike anyway) I will break my Outlook+Zarafa setup.

Zarafa is at latest stable version incl. Outlook connector. Will Outlook 2013 already work without any problems?

    Thanks
    divB

    Hello systemFuchs,

You cannot configure Zarafa and Exchange in the same profile.

    Hello DivB,

Outlook 2013 still is not officially supported, we are still testing to see if everything works ok. But people here on the forum said that it works quite ok.

    Greetings,

    Hello systemFuchs,

Like I said it is not possible to configure 2 MAPI profiles in 1 outlook. So you cannot use Exchange and Zarafa in one profile.

I tried to connect our latest ZARAFA installation to my Outlook 2013 under WIN8 using the latest ZARAFA plugin but Outlook won't connect to the server. Any idea?
