    loop detection failed and syncing

With Zarafa 6.40.13 and SugarCRM 6.2.4, I installed Z-Merge, but when I do /etc/init.d/z-merge check, I have only an error with loop detection:
And I don't know why, or where I can search to correct it.

I mapped manually users with usermapping table in zarafa_agent, I think this is correct.

Secondly, after that, I have some data in Zarafa and SugarCRM, and at step 5, I have:
When i read PDF, I think I have to say "c" to sync data between 2 servers, but I'm afraid to do a mistake, does anyone can confirm this?

    Thank you for your help.

Re: loop detection failed and syncing

    Hi Jean-Michel,

it's a little bit strange that only the loop detection fails. Have you checked the PHP configuration as suggested in the manual because loop detection in Sugar is crucial for Z-Merge to work correctly.

Selecting "c" option means that all the previous changes will be ignored and only the changes made after the connector was started will be synced.

    Greets, Manfred

    Hi,
    thank you for your help.
I retried on empty sugarcrm database to test. Now, when I do a check, I have this:

What do I have to change/verify in PHP configuration? Because I don't really understand what I have to check in php.ini to correct this.

    Hi Jean-Michel,

are there any errors in /var/log/z-merge/zarafa-connector.log? I assume that there is at least one contact, appointment or a task in Zarafa.

    Here is my zarafa-connector.log:
I have to precise, not all of accounts are mapped, because I'm using multi companies in zarafa, so some errors come from that.

    Hi Jean-Michel,

it is strange that it worked with the Zarafa connector before and doesn't work now. Have there been any changes in Zarafa or the configuration? Could you tell more about your Zarafa setup? Is it a multi-server system? Do all users have usernames like ? Has any of the mapped users a contact, an appointment or a task? Are the values user_name column in the stores table of the Zarafa database also like ?

Re: loop detection failed and syncing

    Hi,
everyone have a username like in zarafa, I'm not using multi-server but multi-company (enable_hosted_zarafa = true ; loginname_format = %[email protected]%c), and they have more than one appointment (no contacts and tasks). I Can't say about user_name oclumn because it is like 4dff5e36-295d-1530-985f-c79f24b19dc6.
I'm using openldap too. Hope you have enough informations.

Re: loop detection failed and syncing

    Hi Jean-Michel,

unfortunately we don't have a lot of feedback for multi-company setups and Z-Merge, so it's difficult to say, what's going wrong there. I'll try to do some tests next week if I can reproduce it.

After tests and tests, it appears that error is only for 2 accounts, it perfectly works with other accounts and I don't know why...
