[Solved]Private message visible in WebAccess, not in Outlook

    If set up user-A and user-B. User-A can send-as user-B.

In Webaccess user-A can view the shared folder of user-B.
user-A can view private messages from user-B.

In Outlook user-A can view the shared folder of user-B.
user-A cannot view private messages from user-B.

So when new 'private flagged' mail arrives for user-B, user-A will not see the mail in Outlook.

Is this a wrong setting or a bug?

Nobody knows a solution? Or didn't I explain the situation clear enough?

msql, there were issues on this, but resolved.

Why use a zarafa client that does not match the server ?
    Please correct this first.

Updated zarafa client so now both sides have 6.40.6-25584. The problem still exists.

Hi, this is an issue currently open. WA does not hide these for emails. It does for calendar and private appointments.
If you have a support entitlement I advise you to raise an issue on please.

Re: Private message visible in WebAccess, not visible in Out

The point is: I don't want Zarafa to hide private messages, not in WebAccess and not in Outlook. Or at least I want a setting to turn this on or off.

Anyway, thanks for your reply. I'll forward this to our provider who arranged the licenses.
