synchronize button missing in cached mode

I've got a strange problem with a PC: It used to work with Zarafa in "cached mode", then today Outlook does NOT anymore display the zarafa toolbar with the "synchronize" button, and no new mails arrive. When I switch to "online mode", everything is OK.

    I did try with:
    - delete account and recreate
    - delete profile and recreate
    - uninstall and reinstall zarafa client (6.30.19)
    - kill all "zarafa*" tasks, delete the local mysql store (the cached mode dir), remove and recreate profile

But nothing helps this time. The client has "bitdefender" installed, could that disturb? I've got no other ideas. As this is not my PC, I don't want to delete bitdefender if it's not a must.

Re: synchronize button missing in cached mode

    Hi zmi1,

Does it also happens on other computers(with and without bitdefender)?
can you also check if some plugins are enabled/disabled?

    cheers,

    Suyi
