How to stop "Open Save" dialogue when dragging an attachment

When I drag an attachment (with the drag and drop extension installed) on to Zarafa's compose window Firefox 4 always displays the "Open, Save" dialogue box. I click cancel and then the attachment is uploaded. Anyone know how to stop the dialogue box from popping up?

Re: How to stop "Open Save" dialogue when dragging an attach

    Hello Mike,

I tested this on a windows 7 machine. When I release the attachment in the body it is added there and added as attachment.
When I release it in the TO or attachment field it is opened and shown.

There are some bug but very diverse on different platforms. I will check what we can do about it.

    Greetings,
    Robin

Re: How to stop "Open Save" dialogue when dragging an attach

Thanks Robin, just to confirm, when I drag a file that Firefox 4 can view (txt, pdf etc) Firefox 4 will open and display the file and the compose window is lost, that's annoying when I want to attach a pdf. If I drag a file that it can't handle it displays the "open with/ save file" dialogue box and then after clicking cancel it appears as an attachment. I am unable to drag any file and get it to attach without any unwanted boxes or opening of the file.

    Hello Mike.

We are testing it to see what breaks where. (on my ubuntu machine no problems at all).
Once we have done that we will create ticket for the found issues.

    Greetings,
    Robin

    Edit:

I have created a ticket for this.

The ticket suggests dragging into the body in Windows/FF4 works but this is what I get.
