Here is a complete example that you can use if you have installed the mapi extension?

The username and password you can from the $_SESSION array. So I think you can now build a Webgui like passwdplugin with mapi.
    Good luck.

    Re: Developing Zarafa admin GUI

I have run into a new problem i want php to tell zarafa-admin to create a new user, the problem is when i check the error.log from apache it says:
    Unable to open admin session.
    Access was denied on file:///var/run/zarafa

I think php does simpley not have the rights to do execute the command.
So i need to know how i can give my script the rights to execute this command.

    any help would be appriciated.
    Stef

    Hello Stef,

To use the zarafa-admin you need to be Root. I hope this information helps.

    Re: Developing Zarafa admin GUI

    Hi Guys,

hmm...i should have looked at the framework before doing anything..

we created a Zarafa UI using PHP. Just uses system calls to run the commands needed. Does everything needed, add users, delete users, groups and so on.
Also have a version for Multi-company.

If anyone requires any help with a PHP version, im happy to help

So, you made an Admin UI... 8-) :-)

Are you going to make it public (or open source), or add it to the plugins like the change-password addon?

Would be really cool to have a php admin UI

    Re: Developing Zarafa admin GUI

    Hi,

Im going to convert it to use the framework, however i get strange readings when attempting to get the userid, the code im using is:

    Then this returns:

The userid looks like a Base64 hash, however it has weird characters in it. Anyone seen that before?
