    Hi Daniel,

that might have various reasons: the device sent the wrong state, the state was not saved properly, no disc space available and so on.

What state machine are you using: file or sql? What device was it? Is it still happening? Does it happen for all users or just for those two? Were states removed recently?

    hi manfred

    thanks for your help.
we use file state. it only happends on outlook clients (2013 & 2016) and for more than this two users.
recently, we removed some devices through z-push-admin -a remove -d DEVICEID. but error happends also on new added devices.
is there maybe a problem with synchronising some items because we migrated pst files from exchange to kopano?

    regards,
    daniel

    Hi Daniel,

how have you migrated the pst files? Did you create new Outlook profiles and synchronized the data completely?

Yes, migrating the data might cause issues with some items. It might be worth to run kopano-fsck for those stores.
