S/MIME: How to importing public certificates of external Email Partners

Hi Forum,

i am testing the S/Mime Plugin but i do not arrive in importing public certificates of (foreign) E-Mail partners.

I have successfully imported the CA-Certificate that was used to issue the (public) certificates of our partner organization.

The only way i have found to import an foreign public certificate, is to have the foreign E-Mail partner to send a signed E-Mail. This is not always possible for us, because our users need to encrypt every E-Mail to a partner organisation, also the first one, for legal reasons. Also the employees of the partner organization often don't know what we are talking about if we try to get a signed E-Mail from them. :-(

How can a WebApp User (or alternatively the admin) import an PublicKey of someone without needing the help of that someone?

Right, because i do not know which forum is the right one. Will this zarafa forum be taken offline on 1st of May? Then the Kopano Forum should be used?

That is as far as I know still undecided, but taken completely offline would be the worst case. But in any case the Kopano forum is the better place, when posting about problems with Kopano software.
