Reply All gives Error (Microsoft update related?)

    Hi everybody,

we are getting Object not found errors since today when Users hit reply all and there are multiple recipients.

    Anybody else?

Most likely MS update related as those got installed last night/this morning. Off-chance of our setup gone bad
    and timing just being coincidence....

    Reply all still working with:
    - webapp
    - ipad mail via zpush

    greetings

Edit: Just downloaded Kopano Deskapp and Reply All is working too. So definitely only affects Outlook

thanks for the confirmation that it's not just us.

I think we'll try to wait for a fix to the connector.

we got some reports about the reply all issue with Outlook 2013, and also one ticket about calendars not updating in Outlook 2010.

    Currently investigating.

PS: we already have a zcp update in the pipeline, which will also bring a new client. This client will behave the same, though.
    Regards Felix

A small update from our development. Unfortunately we do not yet have a solution on how to fix the old mapi client to restore the functionality affected through the update provided by Microsoft. Meanwhile you can follow these instructions to remove the updated that introduced the error:

    For msi installations:
    - remove KB3172519

    For C2R installations:
    - revert back to version 15.0.4911.1002 as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...6-click-to-run
    Code:
    cd “%programfiles%\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64” (for 64 bits)
    cd “%programfiles%\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64” (for 32 bits)
    officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=15.0.4911.1002
