Hello comfreak,
the log message you provided is of not much help for reproducing the error, since you did not copy the full wbxml data (it seems you copied from a terminal that does not wrap lines).
Other information might be helpful as well, like os, z-push version, mobile device, possibly kopano version, etc....

Hi,
yes, but I can not reproduce the error to get a WBXML log - because I do not know what the user did at that time (and he also can not remember). I just followed the instructions to send you the log file. Is there no possibility to always get a WBXML log file, if such an error occurs? Otherwise I always have to enable the WBXML log level (if there is an possible error) and my log files will explode...Thats stupid to enable the WBXML log level after the error occured, because sometimes you can not force to reproduce it...:/
Sorry, here are the infos:
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release: 14.04
Codename: trusty
Z-Push: 2.3.4+0
No mobile device => Outlook 2016
Kopano Version: 1.3.123
No, I was actually refering to the "WBXML debug data" from you above snippet. But it ends in a $, which usually is an indication that your terminal does not do line wraps, but the content is wider than the terminal.
So you "only" need to go back to that line from your log and copy the full line.

Hi comfreak,
from the WBXML log:
Outlook didn't send any folder id, only the closing tag. It would help to know what the user action was.
It might be helpful if you could provide the KOE log for that time period (go to the Kopano tab in Outlook, then Settings, then "open log file location".

Please do not PM me asking for support. Use the forum instead. Thank you.
I usually check the mobility thread at the end of the day, so please have some patience if there's no immediate response. Asking to look at certain thread per PM won't result in a faster answer.
The user can not remember what he did on that time.
Here is the KOE log:KOE Log.txt
Hi comfreak,
unfortunately there's also nothing in KOE log which could point to what happened. There maybe was some glitch which caused Outlook to send erroneous data or something happened to WBXML data on the way to the server. From the available logs it's not possible to tell why this happened.
