Quick run through of the Desired use.

I have a customer who wants to use Out of Office to function as an automatic response to say "Your email has been received and will be looked at..." to most if not all emails.
I have gotten this set up and i have also reduced the Time that a response will go to each email address to 20 seconds by editing the autorespond file in etc/zarafa/.

many staff open this email address, predominantly on webaccess, and on each login it presents the message "out of office is currently on. would you like to turn it off?"
the answer is always cancel to keep it on.

i was hoping that there was a way to stop this prompt from appearing so that nobody just presses Ok and moves on unaware that they have turned this feature off.

If anybody has any ideas please let me know as i am stumped?
