    Filtering problem

    Hi,

we're having a problem for a particular account. I use this filter: "includes these words in the sender's address" and "move the message to folder". I defined both lines but when a mail comes in, it stays in the inbox and doesn't get moved to the correct folder. When I check the address, it is showing the correct address, but it doesn't perform the filter. What could be the problem? What am I overlooking?

    Jo

Can you take a look at the dagent.log see if the rule actually matched?

Thank you, but I don't have access to the server myself. Or is this something I can see somewhere else?

    Hi,

No you should have access to the server.
Please contact your sysadmin to have a look at the logs.
    Regards,

    Martyn
