Same here, WebApp 3.0.1.48-9.1, Kopano Core 8.0.3-2. I have the webmail interface pointing not to a directory ("/webapp"), but to a subomain root ("https://webmail.mydomain.xx"). I use a VirtualHost for this, naturally replacing the alias definition by DocumentRoot. The rest of the <Directory> configuration is exactly the same as in the provided kopano-webapp.conf.

In Zarafa this works without a problem. In Kopano a directory alias pointing to a defined subdirectory seems to be required for webapp to process the login correctly, if I use "DocumentRoot" , the login is processed only if I reload the page. The browser shows (in the place where "waiting for..." and "transferring data..." is displayed) one single action (too fast to read) and then nothing else. If I click "reload", the user profile is loaded (visible by "waiting for..." and "transferring..." and the display of the selected theme color). As described above, "logout" requires a reload, too. This behaviour is not browser specific, chrome, firefox, even DeskApp, all the same. Of course I cleared the caches...

This, by the way, happens no matter whether I configure the virtual host for ssl or not - I have tried modifying the kopano-webapp.conf, configuring it as virtual host as described above and leaving everything else untouched. Same result.

    Greetings,
    Andy

I tried the latest webapp version that I could find (3.2.0.285-251.1) - the bug still exists. For webapp I can set a redirection to the /webapp folder - but I fear deskapp needs the right URL to work.
Is there already a public visible ticket to track it?

    Cheers

I recently ran into the same issue with WebApp 3.1.0.209-13.1. The Login Page loads forever. Is the problem already tracked?

    I believe it's a session-related bug.

    Temporary workaround:

Remove '/' from index.php by editing the file

    to

    and

    to

Thanks Felix. I added it to my watch list on Jira.

Btw- How can I contribute to bug reporting on Jira as I can only search and view issues but not post?

    Cheers
