Thread: contact folder disappeared

  1. #21
    I hereby invoke thread necromancy.

    I've just upgraded everything on an installation with a view to moving to Kopano.
    I now have a box with Debian 7 x64 running WebApp:2.2.1.43-199.1, PHP-MAPI: 7.2.5-109 and ZCP:7.2.5-109.

    Everything seems to be working fine but several user logins with webapp are met with
    "Missing folders
    The following required folder is missing in the hierarchy:

    Contacts

    Not all functionality of WebApp might be working properly because of this"

    Searching for this lead me to this thread and the python script recreate-systemfolder.py

    If i run the script against a problem user i get:

    python recreate-systemfolder.py --user user1 --create Contacts --systemfolder contacts --safe
    User('user1')
    create tmp folder Contacts
    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "recreate-systemfolder.py", line 103, in <module>
    main()
    File "recreate-systemfolder.py", line 51, in main
    tmp = user.store.subtree.create_folder(str(name))
    File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/zarafa/__init__.py", line 2271, in create_folder
    folder = self.folder(path, create=True)
    File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/zarafa/__init__.py", line 2224, in folder
    path = getattr(self.store, ENGLISH_FOLDER_MAP[path]).name
    AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'name'

    If i run the script against a test user that i've just created i get:

    python recreate-systemfolder.py --user foo --create Contacts --systemfolder contacts --safe
    User('foo')
    create tmp folder Contacts
    Promote new folder to be a system folder
    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "recreate-systemfolder.py", line 103, in <module>
    main()
    File "recreate-systemfolder.py", line 99, in main
    print '\n\nEntryid of old %s folder :%s\nNew name is:%s' % (oldname, oldid, newname)
    UnboundLocalError: local variable 'oldname' referenced before assignment

    Any idea why it is giving the errors Robin?

    Edit:

    Don't know if it is related but webapp login for a problem user also generates this in php-mapi.log
    MAPI error: action not supported by server (80040102) (method: zif_mapi_msgstore_getreceivefolder, line: 2659)

    I still have the missing contacts folder error after running the fixipm script. The output from it was:

    python fixipm.py user1
    Result: IPM_SUBTREE_ENTRYID already matches IPM_SUBTREE!
    IPM_SUBTREE_ENTRYID: 00000000f0ff86a4d817454c995efd30a33fac1b0100000003 0000008aa9fd9d7d814b29a91decb3c731e40100000000
    IPM_SUBTREE: 00000000f0ff86a4d817454c995efd30a33fac1b0100000003 0000008aa9fd9d7d814b29a91decb3c731e40100000000
