    Webaccess no login

    Hi,
Sorry for posting / asking this question but I cannot find anything to solve my issue.
I am on my way of building a fresh zarafa server on CentOS 7.1. I use Zarafa since 2 years on another system with CentOS 6.6 which is working perfectly.
So, I installed CentOS 7.1 minimal, with apacha, mariadb, php, postfix and zarafa. First start of zarafa-server was OK, dbs created and so on, no errors in the log. I then call the webaccess page in my browser, it comes up, I enter user and pw of the 1 and only account I set up and ..... nothing happenes. The login page simply reappears with user and pw field empty. SELINUX is disabled. I tested 3 versions 7.2.1-51272, 7.2.1-51665 & 7.2.0-48204 all with the same result. 7.2.0-48204 is running on my other server. With each version I deleted all mysql databases.
There are no errors in apache, mysql and zarafa-server logs, the last is set to loglevel 5. I had no issues / errors in installing any components. There is no high cpu usage by httpd as reported in ZCP-13100.
I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

PS: webapp is working fine !
    Ivan.

    Hi,
No answer ? Nobody has / had this problem ? Today I installed another new server, this time fedora 22 server with Zarafa For Home 7.2.1-51838 and again the same problem. Login does not work with Webaccess. Webapp 2.1.0.5174 works !

    Hi Ivan,

I will look into this problem and get back to you tomorrow.
In the mean time, can you check 7.2.1-51838 on centos 7 and check if you get the issue there too?
    Regards,

    Martyn

    Thanks !

One more thing I just noticed. In the maillog following error appears at each webaccess login atempt:

    Nov 8 20:09:29 localhost php-mapi[1622]: PHP-Mapi instantiated 7,2,1,51838
    Nov 8 20:10:17 localhost php-mapi[1629]: MAPI error: 8004010f (method: zif_mapi_openpropertytostream, line: 3159)
    Nov 8 20:10:17 localhost php-mapi[1629]: MAPI error: 8004010f (method: zif_mapi_openpropertytostream, line: 3159)
    Nov 8 20:12:33 localhost php-mapi[1629]: php-mapi shutdown

the PIDs are from httpd, so the same entries appear also for systemctl status httpd. I will install a fresh CentOS 7 with zcp 7.2.1-51838 and will provide feedback.

Regarding the update in the ZCP-13390 ticket, on my old centos 6 machine there is php 6.3.3 where Webaccess works with zcp 7.2.0-48204. On centos 7.1 is php v5.4.16 and on fedora 22 is 5.6.14. When I get to it I will try to test with several php versions.
@Martyn, can you please help forward this information ?

For testing, I just installed a fresh minimal CentOS 6.7 with httpd, mysql and php (5.3.3) and zcp-7.2.1-51838-rhel-6-x86_64-forhome and webaccess login is possible. Doing basic stuff like login, changing some settings or going into folders in webaccess generates php-mapi errors in mallog:

    even with log_level = 2 in php-mapi.cfg. With log_level = 0 there is nothing. Should I be worried about these ?
This and the webaccess login issue with Centos 7 / Fedora 22 makes the upgrade of os and zarafa really hard for me.

    Hi Ivan,

You can get rid of this errors by creating a php-mapi.cfg. (You can copy it from /usr/share/doc/zarafa/example-config/ to /etc/zarafa)

The WebAccess issue is something else..
    Regards,

    Martyn
