Zarafa WebApp 2.1.0 RC1 is endless loading after login

The new version is not working on some mailboxes, it shows endless the loading wheel. Other users can logon. It was ok with the last beta version

    - no change if I de-activated the pluggins
    - same behavior on a second installation (docker image from FBartels)
    - no error messages in any log

    Environment : Ubuntu 14.04/ZCP 7.2.1 RC1

    Hi Geli,

Can you clear the cache for these users and try again.
Also, could you set debugging to 1 in config.php and see if you get output in the log?

    Thanks
    Regards,

    Martyn

    Hi Martyn,

it's not a question off any cache, I installed a different browser, used a different PC and installed a second server - always the same with this accounts. In the meantime the final WebApp appeared - with the same bug.

Where is a debugging in the config.php ? I have only " if (file_exists("debug.php")){include("debug.php");" in the config - but no debug.php in the file system.
Do I need a pluggin for debugging?

    Regards
    GEli

    Hmm ignore the previous post.
In config.php you can set error_reporting to E_ALL. Like this: error_reporting(E_ALL)
error logging should be in apache's error.log

And is there anything useful in the browsers console?
    Regards,

    Martyn

Can you confirm that the WebApp directory is clean? If in doubt, move it away and reinstall the relevant packages.
We had one case where there were leftovers from previous WebApp version (plugins?) which caused issues. Not sure about the actual cause, though.

Edit: I just saw that you also tested a second server. Was this a fresh install or an update as well?

I tried updates (manually removed plugin folder), fresh installed server, external docker container. I tried the supported installation on apache and the unsupported on nginx web server - always with the same result.

    Hi,

I've experienced the same error after (before edit: updating) activating a Plugin!

Issue was related to Firefox, which blocks unencrypted content if you visit webapp via https!

    FF 41.0.1 on Ubuntu 14.04

    // UPDATE

Ok, my problem was related to the activated and unconfigured XMPP Plugin ...

    Error Console produces following output:

Do you get any erros on Console (F12 Key) ?

    best regards,
    tobias

    Webconsole error

Pluggins could not be the problem, I removed them all without any difference

The Webconsole seem to have a problem with the user
