    Post 7.2.1 Beta1 webaccess config.php not readable

    Running Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS

After Upgrading from 7.2.0 (because of missing HTML Editor in Webaccess -> ZCP-13137) i ran into following error:

While trying to open webaccess in firefox:

    "Directory Error: TMP_PATH doesn't exists
Please make sure this directory exists and is writable for PHP/Apache
Zarafa WebAccess can't start because of incompatible configuration.

Please correct above errors, a good start is by checking your '/etc/php.ini' file.

    in apache error.log

I set the rights on the /etc/zarafa/webaccess-ajax/config.php so apache could read it and it worked.

May I ask what the permissions of /etc/zarafa/webaccess-ajax/config.php were before you fixed them? Usually something like root:apache and 640 as default should be suitable.
I install, configure, customize, integrate and maintain Zarafa setups in different environments since 2007. If you want my full attention, please send me a private message and ask for paid support.

    I had the same issue.
    Directly after the upgrade:

    I changed it via:
    which fixes webaccess.

(Note: this is a debian 7 server)

This is clearly a packaging issue in the Debian packages provided by Zarafa.

Just ran into this on 7.2.1 final. Apparently this has not been fixed in the zcp-7.2.1-51838-ubuntu-14.04-x86_64 deb packages.

After upgrade from 7.2.0 I got the error message as displayed in the topic start post.

After issuing the following command it was fine again:

really chmod 755, dont do that,
chmod 644 max, you dont need exec rights on a php file !
