    Client 7.1.12.49411 wrong version number

    Hello,

    i just installed the lates ZCP 7.1.12 and was checking the updater.
    Needed the fix badly because of the last charset issues.
    Tired on 3 different machines, server log says sending 49411, but clients
    seemed to stay on 48997.

    Finnally installed 49411 manually:
    The installer shows me the version number 48997 :-(
    WTF? Lost two ours of work!

    Same problem here, MSI is broken! (or just carelessly released...) It can't be installed over an installed 48997, which we have.
    Please fix!

    Is the new client necessary to fix the charset bug, or is it a server only issue?

    I would not be delighted if we would be forced to re-install all clients.

    just a quick note,
    I just noticed that the MSI files of 48997 and 49411 are exactly the same.

    I have uploaded a new build of the clients, this new client should also restore the shared calendar functionality on Outlook 2013 Click to Run 15.0.4711.1003.

    Hi Suyi,

    sorry the new client does not work so far. I just tried to over install it.
    Since this is a TS environment, i only had a time window for one reboot.
    I wil.l try again in the eventing with a clean uninstall, reboot, install routine. Which temporary file has to be deleted manually in some cases?

    Still no luck,

    clean install. Several reboots, but still "could not be refreshed". The shared calendars do not show anything.

    I stand corrected, Uninstall, Reboot, Install, Reboot did work now.
