Inline Image (ScreenShot) missing after send

    Hello everyone,

We have a problem with both Webaccess and WebApp. When someone needs do insert a image in the email, like a screenshot, with Copy/paste, the image is shown correctly.
The problem is on receiving, the image is simply gone.

On Outlook Clients we only see a red "X" instead of the image itself with all the text, and even the image(s) from signatures.
On Webaccess and Webapp it's even worst, we only can see the text before the image and than nothing more.
Even if we check the send email in "Sent items" qe got the same result...

We tried already three different browsers - IE, Firefox and Chrome, and we have the same problem with all browsers...

The strange thing is that on very few occasions the images are send correctly

    Any idea?

We are running Zarafa Small Business 7.0.13-41388 an Debian

    Best Regards,

    David

    Hello,

We are using WebApp 1.3.1-41348. And we have the same problem with Webaccess.

    The steps are:

    - New message
    - Type my text
    - Take a Screenshot for exemple
    - Paste with Ctrl-V or even Right-Mouse -> Paste
    - Send Message

After sending the message, the image is gone and all informations after the image to (in my case the signature or text typed after the image). Even in the "Sent items"-Folder the informations are gone.

    Thank you for your reply,

    David

    This happens in every browser.
We do not use Chrome but I also tested Chrome with the same result...

Thank you all for your feedback.

Currently we do not fully support inline images in WebApp. Full support is planned for the near future. We did however made quite some fixes in the recent past regarding inline images. Therefore updating your system to the latest WebApp version i.e. WebApp 1.5 final, would perhaps fix your problems.
